Hail and well met!
There is a time and place for all games to start a dev blog documenting the progress and features of the game as it is created – and now is the time and this is the place. Old Gods is an ambitious project featuring a swath of exciting mechanics that are too numerous and potentially cut-able to speak about, but know that they are exciting. Promise.
What I can say is that it has the following flavors:
- Procedural Narrative
More to the point, in the next update I’ll post an update of the work done recently. I plan to post updates often and regularly, but as I am a full-time developer outside of this game there are some weeks where progress may be slow. This project is a long term commitment of mine.
As this is a completely new blog about a game no one has heard of, I doubt very few will read this post when it was posted but for those who may tomorrow’s post will involve Procedural Crafted Houses. It should be a rip-roaring good time.
